The nineteenth century Manager’s Dwelling interior was completely repainted by volunteers in 2022. It is now called The Cottage and all three floors now artfully display donations of holiday decorations and holiday themed gifts, all of which are for sale.

The Cottage is normally open to shoppers on the same days as the Barn Sales, and is open during the Holiday Event in November.
